Design and production of bespoke invites featuring miniature Poppy troll dolls.
Themed room venue design to create a bespoke ’Trolls world’.
Entertainment included a live karaoke band, glitter face painting, themed Photo Booth and a raffle.
Theme installations inside all the appliances to tie in with the campaign literature.
Event collateral such as beermats, photo booth templates and wall graphics.
Goodie bags that tied in with the appliances in the range with colour in tote bag with washable fabric pens, rainbow cookie mix bottles for cooking in your oven at home etc.
A second event also took place the following day in collaboration with Claire House Children’s Hospice and Radio City Cash For Kids Charity. Families were invited to enjoy a troll themed afternoon of fun with children’s entertainers, music and games, face painting and goodie bags.
Results
The event was a huge success with many influencers, retailers and customers attending with feedback after the event of it being the best and most memorable launch they had been to.
Families that attended the Claire House Children Hospice event said it was amazing, as they never get invited to party etc, so it made family memories that they will always treasure.
