Challenge

  • To create a campaign that supports the launch of Tessuti’s flagship store in Liverpool.
  • To drive sales by engaging with the local Merseyside consumers.
  • To position the store as a premium offering in Liverpool ONE.

Solution

  • Liquid directed and produced the ‘Made In Liverpool’ campaign with Stephen Graham, Abbey Clancy, Miles Kane and Chelcee Grimes.
  • The campaign was multifaceted with stills and video lookbooks and an interview series with the talent.
  • The team also directed, shot and edited the screen content for the 47 screens in the store.
  • The event and production teams facilitated the launch party event with Denis Sulta, as well as supporting the in-store ‘Made In Liverpool’ music series with artists Miles Kane, Mahalia and Ewan McVicar.
  • After launch we created a series of activations in store linking brands and talent examples include Q&As with Jamie Redknapp and his Sandbanks brand, live music performances and this example with Liverpool based artist Neil Keating collaborating with the dynamic Italian footwear brand P448.
  • Illustrating P448’s mix and match philosophy, Neil Keating added his own artistry to P448’s next level designs with unique graphic artwork live in store. The limited edition shoes were then available to buy instore.

Results

  • Extensive press coverage in over 30 online and print media publications.
  • Exceeded all footfall projections by over 20%.
  • Positive feedback from key brands Barbour, Paul and Shark, Belstaff and Sandbanks.
  • Turnout of over 200 guests for launch event.
